Its compact size and magnetic shielding make it suitable for use in high-density boards. These inductors are ideal for power supply applications where high current handling is essential. They are perfect for use in VRD/VRM controllers. The materials used in the unique design eliminate all thermal aging issues. Custom inductance values are also possible. Current that causes a 40°C (max) temperature rise above 25°C ambient. 6. Ambient temperature range: –40°C to +85°C with Irms current. 7. Maximum part temperature: The part may be operated without damage as long its temperature (ambient + self-heating) does not exceed +125°C. 8. Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between. 10. Electrical specifications at 25°C.
