This in an automotive boost LED driver designed to drive an LED string of up to 34V at a maximum of 34W of output power. This solution as designed passes CISPR 25 class 3 EMC requirements and is capable of 10:1 analog dimming. High side current sensing allows one end of the LED string to be tied to system ground for ease of connections.
