(φ8,φ10 : +85°C 2000h) Endurance Capacitance change tan δ DC leakage current < ±20% of initial measured value (4W.V.: < ±30%) < 200% of initial specified value < initial specified value After storage for 1000 hours at +85°C with no voltage applied and then being stabilized at +20°C, capacitor shall meet the limits specified in “Endurance”. Shelf life After being placed for 30 seconds on a plate(termination face down on to the plate) heated to +250°C and then being stabilized at +20°C, capacitor shall meet the following limits.
