TPV8308 Low Quiescent Current Supervisory with Programmable Delay Features Description  Wide Supply Voltage Range 1.6V to 6.0V TPV8308 is family of supervisory circuit to monitor a voltage rail from 0.4V to 5V, asserting an active low/active high open- drain RESET /RESET output when the voltage of SENSE Pin drops below a fixed threshold or when manual reset pin MR is logic low. The RESET/RESET output remains low/high for the user adjusted delay time by external capacitor after the SENSE voltage returns above to the fixed threshold with a hysteresis and manual reset MR return to logic high.  Very Low Quiescent Current: 600nA typ.  Fixed Threshold Voltage from 0.6 to 5V with 100mV step  Adjustable Version with Low Threshold Voltage 0.405V(min)  Power-On Reset Generator with Adjustable Delay Time from 1.25ms to 10s  High Threshold Accuracy 1% Typ.  Manual Reset (MR) Input  Open-Drain (TPV8308xD) RESET/RESET Output  Active Low RESET (TPV8308Lx) and Active High RESET (TPV8308Hx)  Temperature Range: -40°C to 125°C  Green Product, SOT23-6 and DFN2X2 Package The threshold voltage of TPV8308 device can achieve 1% accuracy. The delay time can be set to 1.25ms to 10s by connecting external capacitor to CT pin. The TPV8308 has a very low typical quiescent current of 600nA. TPV8308 is available in SOT23 package and 2mm x 2mm DFN Its operation temperature range is from −40°C to +125°C.
