ID8013 High-sensitivity Unipolar Hall-effect sensor 1 Features and Benefits 3 Description ￭ High sensitivity Unipolar type The ID8013 is a high-performance, high-sensitivity, Unipolar Hall-effect sensor primarily used for noncontact switching. For the ID8013 chip in TO-92S and SOT89-3L packages: When a sufficiently strong S-pole magnetic field is applied to the marked side of the package, the output goes low (BOP). When the S-pole magnetic field decreases to the release point (BRP), the output returns to high. For the SOT23-3L package, the sensing behavior is reversed: A sufficiently strong N-pole magnetic field on the marked side triggers a low output (BOP). When the N-pole field weakens to the release point (BRP), the output switches back to high. The ID8013 is based on advanced Bi-CMOS technology and incorporates chopper-stabilized technology to enhance switching point accuracy and stability.
