Under the condition of good heat 6.0V: CJ7806E dissipation, it can provide output current up to 1.5A, and has the functions of internal current limit, short 8.0V: CJ7808E 9.0V: CJ7809E circuit protection, thermal shutdown protection and output transistor SOA protection, which make it 12 V: CJ7812E 15 V: CJ7815E relatively difficult to damage. Although designed as fixed voltage regulators without external components, these devices can be used with external components to obtain adjustable voltage and current.
