(IOUT = 1 mA) guaranteed be  automatically switched according to the load Duty ratio: 66/78%, built in auto switching type PFM controller (light load: 66%, high output current: 78%),  External parts: Coil, capacitor, diode enabling products with a low ripple over a wide  Output voltage: Settable to between 1.8V range, high efficiency, and high output current. to 6.0 V in 0.1 V steps With the CJ9117 Series, a step-up switching  Accuracy of ±2% DC/DC converter can be configured by using  High efficiency：±85%（typ.） an external coil, capacitor, and diode. The  Standard function (product type A) built-in MOSFET is turned off by a protection  Shutdown function (product type C,D) circuit when the voltage at the LX pin exceeds  External transistor type available the limit to prevent it from being damaged.
