It supports 12V power input voltage and can provide continuous output current up to 1.5A. In sleep mode, its power consumption current is less than 1μA. In addition, CJDR8838 also integrates functions such as thermal shutdown, undervoltage protection, output short circuit protection and over-current protection. CJDR8838 has PWM (PH / EN) input interface and is compatible with industry standard equipment.
