SGM3209 High Voltage, Charge Pump DC/DC Converter GENERAL DESCRIPTION FEATURES The SGM3209 is a charge pump voltage converter ● Input Voltage Range: 3V to 18V which is used to generate a negative supply from a ● Output Current: 100mA positive input.
