The device integrates highside power switch and low-side synchronous rectifier with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. It provides accurate regulation for a variety of loads with an accurate ±1% voltage reference (VREF) over TJ= -40°C to 125°C. The SY81012 operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 16V. The DC/DC regulator adopts the instant PWM architecture to achieve fast transient responses for high step down applications.
