General Description The SH79F7010 is a low-cost, integrating RTC,ISO 7816 interface,LCD driver and enhanced 8051 Microcontroller. The SH79F7010 retains most features of the standard 8051. These features include internal 256 bytes RAM, two16-bit timer / counters, 1 UART, and external interrupt INT1. In addition, the SH79F7010 provides external 3840 bytes RAM (not include LCD RAM),two-12bit PWM outputs, external interrupt INT4,16-bit timer/counter (Timer2) compatible with 8052. It contains a 128K Bytes Flash memory block for program and data. Some standard serial communication modes such as EUART、IR are supported in SH79F7010. Also the LCD driver, ADC and RTC are incorporated in SH79F7010. For high reliability and low cost issues, the SH79F7012 builds in PLL clock,internal RC, Watchdog Timer, Low Voltage Reset function, Temperature Sensor and oscillator fail detection.
