CBM8333/CBM8336/CBM8339 OPERATION INSTRUCTION Features Description Single-Supply Operation from +1.8V The CBM833X amplifier is single/ dual/ quad ~+5.5V supply,  Rail-to-Rail Input / Output operational amplifiers, the amplifiers offer  Gain-Bandwidth Product: 350KHz bandwidth of 350 kHz, rail-to-rail inputs and (Typ.@25℃) outputs, and single-supply operation from  LowInput  Bias Current: 20pA 1.8V micro-power, to 5.5V. zero-drift CBM833X uses CMOS chopper (Typ.@25℃) stabilized technique to provide very low offset  Low Offset Voltage: 10uV (Max. @25℃) voltage (less than 10µV maximum) and near  Quiescent Current: 25µA per Amplifier zero drift over temperature. Low quiescent (Typ) supply current of 25µA per amplifier and very  Operating Temperature: -45°C ~ +125℃ low input bias current of 20pA make the  Zero Drift: 0.05µV/°C (Typ) devices an ideal choice for low offset, low  Embedded RF Anti-EMI Filter power consumption and high impedance  Small Package: applications.
