Chipown PN8778P AC/DC Converter with Internal Self-Supply Circuit General description Features The PN8778P consists of an integrated PFM (Pulse Frequency Modulation) controller and 750V power MOSFET specifically designed for a high performance offline converter with minimal external components. PN8778P has internal high voltage start-up and self-supply circuit, and complete intelligent protections including Over Current Protection (OCP), Over Load Protection (OLP), Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO), Over Voltage Protection (OVP) and Over Temperature Protection (OTP).
