ID1375 Low-Power Omni Polar Magnetic Switch Sensor 1. Features and Benefits 4. Description • • • • • • • The ID1375 is a highly integrated omni polar magnetic switch sensor that combines an AMR (Anisotropic Magnetoresistance) magnetic sensor and high-precision CMOS processing circuitry within an ultra-compact package. It features the high sensitivity and stable temperature characteristics of AMR technology, while offering a wide operating voltage range (2.0V to 5.5V) and microampere-level current consumption, making it ideal for various handheld devices and battery-powered applications. The omni polar magnetic switch eliminates the need to distinguish between the north and south poles of a magnet, significantly simplifying installation and usage requirements. Leveraging the fast response of AMR technology, this switch can achieve a response frequency of up to 1kHz, integrating high frequency, low power consumption, compact size, and excellent temperature performance. Anisotropic Magnetoresistance (AMR) Technology Omni polar magnetic Low power dissipation High frequency response High sensitivity, Low switching point. Wide operating voltage range (2.0V~5.5V) Wide operating temperature (-40℃~125℃) 2. Applications • • • • Proximity switch Speed detection Position detection Flowmeter 3. Package FBP-06L The CMOS processing circuit provides a precisely controlled BOP/BRP offset voltage compensation circuit and a push-pull output, ensuring industrialgrade operating temperature range (-40°C to 125°C). The ID1375 is available in an FBP-06L package with dimensions of 2.0*2.0mm, making it particularly suitable for applications with stringent requirements for chip size. 5.
