Ultra Low Current Consumption 300mA CMOS Voltage Regulators CJ6111 Series 1 Low-dropout Regulators Introduction The CJ6111 series is a group of low-dropout voltage, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS technology. Its input voltage can support up to 6.5V, and it can provide up to 300mA of output current with good heat dissipation. Even if the voltage difference between input and output is small, it can still provide a large output current. The typical quiescent current value of the CJ6111 series is as low as 0.8μA, with internal integration of current limiting protection, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and excellent load transient response. The CJ6111 series can use ceramic capacitors, which can help save the size of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
