Under the condition of good heat dissipation, it can provide output current up to 1A, and has the functions of internal current limit, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown protection and output transistor SOA protection, which make it relatively difficult to damage. Although designed as fixed voltage regulators without external components, these devices can be used with external components to obtain adjustable voltage and current.
