NSHT3x Humidity and Temperature Sensor with SMBus and I2C Interface Datasheet (EN) 0.2 Product Overview Applications NSHT3x is the temperature and humidity sensors with SMBus and I2C interface. It builds on a CMOS-MEMS sensor chip that is at the heart of Novosense’s new humidity and temperature platform. NSHT3x providing high accuracy measurements with very low power consumption in a small DFN and LGA package. The DFN and LGA package has a footprint of 2.5 x 2.5 mm2 while keeping a height of 0.9 mm. This allows for integration of the NSHT3x into a great variety of applications. Its functionality includes enhanced signal processing, two distinctive and user selectable I2C addresses and communication speeds of up to 1 MHz. Additionally, the wide supply voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V guarantees compatibility with diverse assembly situations. The capacitive-based sensor includes new integrated digital features and a heating element to dissipate condensation and moisture.
