General Description The SH79F7015 is a high performance 8051 compatible micro-controller, regard to its build-in Pipe-line instruction fetch structure, that helps the SH79F7015 can perform more fast operation speed and higher calculation performance, if compare SH79F7015 with standard 8051 at same clock speed. The SH79F7015 retains most features of the standard 8051. These features include internal 256 bytes RAM, PCA0/1, UART0/1/2, SPI0/1/2 and INT0, INT1, and INT4. In addition, the SH79F7015 provides external 10496 bytes RAM, Three 16-bit timer/counters T3-T5. It also contains 128K bytes Flash memory block both for program and data. Also the RTC, ADC, TPS, PWM and CRC module functions are incorporated in SH79F7015. For high reliability and low power consumption, the SH79F7015 builds in Watchdog Timer, Low Voltage Reset function and SCM function. And SH79F7015 also supports two power saving modes to reduce power consumption. 1 V1.0 PDF
